Terms of Use

1. What KINGMaker is

KINGMaker is a website operated by [operator name / legal entity] ("we") that lets you create a profile, follow creators, comment, and launch tokens on the pump.fun programs on Solana, paired with $REX.

KINGMaker is a non-custodial interface: you connect and sign with your own wallet. We never hold your funds, your private keys or your seed phrase, and we cannot reverse, cancel or refund any transaction.

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to accept these terms.

You may not use KINGMaker if you are located in, or a resident of, a jurisdiction where using it or trading tokens is prohibited or requires a license we do not have, including [list of restricted jurisdictions]. You are responsible for following the laws that apply to you.

3. Launching tokens

When you launch a token, you create it yourself, with your wallet, on third-party programs (pump.fun). You are the creator and you are responsible for its name, image, description and any promotion you do.

Launches made through KINGMaker set a permanent creator-fee split on-chain: 98% to the creator (or to a rewards wallet for holders, if the creator chooses) and 2% to KINGMaker's wallet. This split cannot be changed later.

Network fees, pump.fun fees and your first buy are paid by you.

4. Your content

You are responsible for your profile, comments, token names, images and links. Do not post anything illegal, hateful, sexual involving minors, misleading, or that infringes someone else's rights, and do not impersonate any person, brand or project.

We may hide or remove content, or limit an account, that breaks these terms. Tokens already created on-chain cannot be removed by us.

5. Prohibited conduct

Wash trading, fake volume, market manipulation, pump-and-dump schemes, scams, bots that abuse the site, multiple accounts to farm points or referrals, and attacks on the site or other users are prohibited.

6. Points and referrals

Season points and referral rewards are a game inside KINGMaker. They have no monetary value, cannot be bought, sold or transferred, and are not a promise of any token, airdrop or payment. We may change, reset or remove them, and remove points obtained by breaking the rules.

7. No advice

Nothing on KINGMaker is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Prices, simulations and market-maker tests are informational and are not predictions. Read the Risk disclosure.

8. Third-party services

KINGMaker relies on third parties, including pump.fun, Solana, Privy, Pinata, DexScreener, Vercel and Upstash. We are not responsible for their availability, errors or terms.

9. Liability

KINGMaker is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses from token prices, transactions, smart-contract or third-party failures, lost keys, or use of the site.

10. Changes and contact
